Julie has a wealth of experience in facilities and services management spanning over 20 years within central London. She has worked for small, medium and large-scale service providers where she managed operational teams and Client relations for different business sectors. Julie’s strengths include strategic relationship management and future business proofing, particularly as we live in “unpredictability times”. In addition, Julie is extremely committed to safeguarding employees, Clients and St James, hence why she took a degree in HR some years ago. As MD of St James, Julie hand picked Nicole Morton-Cameron (Head of HR) knowing of her absolute professionalism and ethical approach towards people management and support services.

Julie is a working mum who appreciates the importance of balancing home and work life, particularly as she has teenage twins. Interestingly, she does most of her “thinking” whilst out walking her dog; Max, who has become an exuberant part of family life. In her spare time, she likes to cycle or take a fitness class, and enjoys chilling out in the garden with a glass of plonk. She is renowned for her love of current affairs, dance music, and enjoys hanging out with people who have a wicked sense of humour! But more importantly, she cares deeply about the wider community within London and beyond.



Operation & Support Services Director


Sandrine is a highly qualified senior operations support director working in the City of London for the past 15 years.

Sandrine’s most recent management appointment was operations support responsibility for the EMEA region in one of the largest global investment banks based in the City of London.

Sandrine brings a wealth of experience in the management of client relationship building, the ability to motivate and empower her operational teams and to continuously strive to provide service excellence through the provision of outstanding team members, coupled with innovative service led solutions.

Sandrine is committed to the enhancement of staff welfare and training opportunities for all coupled with providing an operational support partnership in tandem with her clients objectives and requirements.




Ursula works part-time for St James in line with other community projects, such as teaching philosophy to young offenders. She loves to support St James with compiling engaging tender responses, assisting with business strategy, and promoting mentorship for elevated colleagues. Ursula spent many years working on the client and contract side, so she fully understands what is at stake for all parties concerned, particularly the importance of enhancing the Client’s reputation and brand identity.

Ursula achieved a 1st class BA degree in Social and Cultural Studies at Goldsmiths, University of London which included teaching and learning in China. She is currently studying for her MA in Philosophy of Education at IOE/UCL. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to different parts of the world like Hong Kong and South Africa. For pleasure, Ursula has taken various courses at the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust.




Lina has 20 years professional experience in Stockholm and London in high-calibre business and front of house services. This includes Government hedge funds, office buildings, and luxury department stores. Lina’s previous remit was multi-faceted in terms of providing complete office management support, providing St James with a different perspective and a cheerful disposition.

Lina is happily married with a beautiful daughter. She loves to throw dinner parties for friends and family, as she originally started her career in Sweden as Chef de Cuisine. She also enjoys walking her dog (a two year old cockapoo, Krug) either to the Dog Park or local woods in Maida Vale.
