Be Well. Do Well.
Our strategy for a meaningful future.

Be Well. Do Well accelerates our sustainability efforts and aligns with our vision for our future:

To foster a supportive workplace for our people, create a welcoming experience for our guests and strengthen our partnerships with clients, while actively reducing our environmental impact and committing to clear, measurable progress.

Be Well. Do Well. is supported by Five Pillars, which align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

People First: Enabling Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

It starts with people. People are at the centre of everything we do and we’re focused on equity, growth and wellbeing for our employees, our clients, and our workplaces.

We champion equal pay and actively monitor our gender pay gap, with women currently representing 100% of our senior management team. We uphold transparent recruitment practices, and value a neurodiverse workforce, and are dedicated to fair working conditions aligned with Living Hours standards.

Because people thrive when they are treated with respect, equity and care.

Growing Together

We are committed to supporting our people through every stage of their career by offering high-quality learning and development programmes with recognised accreditation, clear pathways for career progression, and ongoing coaching and mentoring.

Our approach is supported by strong health and wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, alongside a positive rewards and recognition culture that celebrates achievement, encourages engagement, and ensures every colleague feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.

Operating With Purpose

Our Year-Round Social Value Calendar drives meaningful engagement across buildings and stakeholders, while we prioritise increasing our spend with women and minority-owned businesses as part of our broader social impact strategy. We support staff to contribute beyond their daily roles through paid volunteer days, and nurture emerging talent through our Micro-Placement Programme and internships that connect real-world experience with future career pathways.

In alignment with our core values, we build Charity Partnerships that deliver tangible benefits to the causes and communities we serve, ensuring that our business contributes positively and sustainably at every level.

Embedding Circularity

We are committed to closing the loop on goods and services, ensuring all uniforms are donated and second-use options are considered where possible. Forging strong partnerships across our supply chain to deliver positive outcomes is also fundamental to our strategy. Our partnership with Aramark, a supplier committed to reducing absolute GHG emissions by 57.1% by 2030 and achieving Net Zero by 2050 with a 90% reduction, reflects our focus on ethical sourcing, responsible consumption, and meaningful environmental impact.

Planet In Practice

We focus on the wellbeing of our planet by minimising environmental impact across all of our operations, from how we manage our buildings and resources to the everyday decisions that shape our workplace.

Our teams benefit from sustainability training and guidance, ensuring everyone can apply best practices in their roles, while flexible hybrid working for support functions supports both productivity and wellbeing. We promote healthy, sustainable commuting through the Cycle to Work scheme and engage colleagues in environmental initiatives via our Zero Waste Forum and Move More Sit Less campaign, fostering a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
